Had an amazing massage from Silvia today, she really tuned into my body and needs and I felt like the massage was really made for me. She was calm, knowledgeable and I felt like I was in really good hands. So to speak..!

I've had Indian head massages before and sometimes felt like I was just having my hair done but this was very different. She used different techniques and moved from head to shoulders to upper back working through my tension. She also asked questions about where I felt pain, what I did, etc so that she could work out what was best for me and where exactly to work into. I especially liked that she encouraged me to take deep breaths through the massage and incorporated hints of reiki for extra tension relief.

I feel lighter, brighter and much less tense and would highly recommend 😌
